Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Bowls

Sweet, crunchy and colorful! A little bowl of paradise.



In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the chicken. Cooking about 5 minutes on either side, and season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and let rest for a few minutes before cutting it into chunks.


Add the vegetables to the skillet and saute for a few minutes. Then add the chicken to the vegetables with the BBQ sauce. Cook for another few minutes. Stirring to evenly coat and distribute the BBQ sauce. Serve over rice. Garnish with green onions.



Hawaiian BBQ Bowl


1 large zucchini, coarsely chopped

1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped

1 yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped

1 cup canned pineapple

1/4 red onion, coarsely chopped

1 lb chicken tenderloins

2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce

Salt and Pepper
